New Mexico is one of the fastest growing agricultural regions in the United States, and the New Mexico Agricultural Expo is one of the fastest growing trade shows in the area and the only annual agricultural trade show in the state.

Roosevelt County is home to a growing dairy industry; with 45 dairies currently located here.

Returning exhibitors are guaranteed their booth space from the previous year if full payment is received by December 31, 2009.

Set Up Days	Monday, Feb. 22, 2010 - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010 - 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Show Dates	February 23–24, 2010
Exhibitor Hours	9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day • view exhibitor schedule
Move Out Hours	Forklifts will be available beginning at 4 p.m. on Wednesday for move-out. To schedule a lift please stop by the expo office
Booth Cost	Indoor 10' x 10' $325 each Outdoor 20' x 30' $350 each Outdoor 30' x 80' $375 each
Late Fees	$50 after December 31, 2009
Table Rentals	6' are $15 each
Chair Rentals	Two chairs provided per booth

Air Service	When scheduling flights please consider flying into Clovis (18 miles from Portales), Lubbock Texas (90 miles from Portales), or Amarillo Texas (110 miles from Portales).
